We are more than happy to help you with your returns or exchanges, please read the below information carefully.

Due to our enforced policies we recommend that you try your new clothing on your child as soon as possible to determine if any returns or exchanges will be necessary:

Refunds are available UP TO $100, anything over $100 is given as store credit .

*Full price merchandise up to $100 may be returned for a refund less shipping WITHIN 14 days of the Ollypop shipping date (the day it leaves the store).
*Anything over $100 is given as store credit.
*Sale items are final sale, nonreturnable and not subject for exchange. *Even-exchanges will not be charged extra postage.
*Returns received after 14 days will be charged a 10% restocking fee, and are subject for store credit only.
*After 21 days Ollypop will not accept any merchandise for return or exchange and any merchandise that is sent back to Ollypop will be returned to the customer.
*Please send an e-mail to info@ollypop.com with the reason and items you will be returning.
*All claims regarding damages must be made within 4 days of receiving the item. Ollypop will not be responsible for claims made after this period. Any damaged merchandise to be returned must have all tags still attached.
*Sale items are final sale and nonreturnable.

International orders are sent via airmail, Ollypop cannot and will not be responsible for packages once they are collected by the US carrier. International customers are buying at their own risk. We will not reimburse for any lost goods/packages.
